I am Sean L. McClain. As the youngest of six in my family, I am a true product of Miami-Dade County. I graduated from North Miami Senior High School in 1989. Shortly after, I attended Miami Dade Community College and completed my Associates in Arts in Business Administration. I then attended and graduated from Florida International University and earned my degree in Criminal Justice. I also earned several top computer certifications in the IT Industry. I am a true Miami Native.

After six years of service with the Department of Corrections as a certified correctional officer and a certified law enforcement officer, I decided to pursue a career in real estate. In October of 2002, I became a licensed real estate agent. I found my true passion in negotiating real estate transactions for buyers and sellers. Giving a buyer the keys to their first home is a priceless feeling. There is nothing more America than owning a property in the community where you are raising a family. Handing the seller, the proceeds from selling their most valuable possession is just as exciting. I knew I wanted to be a part of this industry from the moment I began. There is no other profession like real estate. I am happy that I chose to switch careers to real estate.

I have been with the Real Estate of South Florida since 2015. Here, we treat our clients like family. Each client has different needs. No matter what the client's needs are, each one of their needs is met. From buying their first home to buying an investment property. Whether selling their home or having their home rented out, I take a personal interest in each client. I always strive to, negotiate the best deal possible, deliver honesty professionalism, fairness, and punctuality. My goal is to make buyers and sellers my clients for life.

I am active with the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB), South Florida Board of Realtors (SFBR). I am a member of the Realtor Association of Greater Miami and the Beaches. I am a Specialist in assisting with Down Payment Assistance for first-time homebuyers certified under MMAP (Miami Metro Action Plan), a Short Sale Specialist, an REO agent. Whether you are relocating, buying, or selling real estate for personal or investment purposes, my objective is to help you close the transaction with ease. I am the real estate professional you can count on to guide you through the transaction process, provide professional advice based on your needs, current trends and market analyses negotiate contract terms while monitoring all details.  Rest assured that I strive to maintain open communications and provide frequent updates.
