Alicia Swan-Hayes, Owner and Broker of The Real Estate Experts, and a Licensed Mortgage Broker, located in the City of Miami Gardens believes that there is no greater satisfaction than obtaining a piece of the American Dream by becoming a Homeowner. I build my daily schedule around my clients. I always strive to, negotiate the best deal possible, deliver honesty professionalism, fairness, and punctuality always, and make buyers and sellers my clients for life.

I am the (2015-2017) past President for the local Board of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers - South Florida Board of Realtors, a member of the Realtor Association of Greater Miami and the Beaches a certified HUD Sales Associate; Specialist in assisting with Down Payment Assistance for first time homebuyers certified under MMAP (Miami Metro Action Plan), a Short Sale Specialist and REO agent. Whether you are relocating, buying or selling real estate for personal or investment purposes, my objective is to help you close the transaction with ease. I am the real estate professional you can count on to guide you through the transaction process, provide professional advice based on your needs, current trends and market analyses negotiate contract terms and monitor all details. I’ve always felt strongly of “You have to love what you are doing for a living with all of your heart and mine and you will never work a day of your life.” I Love being a REALTOR, I Love helping and getting to know people, I Love learning, and educating buyers and sellers about Real Estate trends.

I have decided to go forward in sharping communities with buyers and sellers, by  educating homeowners with the current real estate trends. The Real Estate Experts was developed out of passion, and the objective to become one of the top minority brokerage firms in South Florida, develop a solid corporate identity in our specified targeted market area, and recruit and hire self-motivated, success-oriented, and hardworking sales agents. 

I have obtained the above mention objectives with the knowledge, professionalism, and customer service of both the management and sales agents of The Real Estate Experts.
